Summer pop-up restaurant at Bølgen Kulturhus in Larvik, serving lunch and dinner with views across the fjord.
Wave Mat & Drikke was located on the waterfront in front of Bølgen Kulturhus during summer 2026, in the Sanden premises. The concept was run in collaboration with Sjøslag Restaurant and combined fjord views with casual dining.
During the day, the menu included open sandwiches, mussels, burgers and salads. In the evening, the focus shifted to street food and classics inspired by cuisines from different parts of the world.
