Tønsberg Gårds Ysteri og Bakeri is a farm dairy and sourdough bakery at Rosenli farm in Sem, near Tønsberg. The farm produces organic dairy products and sourdough bread, including milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt. Its self-service farm shop offers visitors the opportunity to buy food directly from the producer.

Cheese, milk and butter from the farm dairy
The small dairy produces a selection of milk, cream, butter, yoghurt, ice cream and cheeses. Specialities include Tønsberg-Melk, Tjøme-Rømme, Sem-Smør, Færder-Fløte and FetaRe. Some products are flavoured with eggs, honey, berries, fruit and herbs from the farm. The selection varies depending on production and season.

Sourdough from the artisan bakery
The bakery makes sourdough bread using organic flour and long dough fermentation. Its range includes locally named breads such as Tønsberg Brød, Jarlsberg Brød and Sem Brød. Traditional baking methods and ingredients from the farm's own production are part of the bakery's approach.

The self-service farm shop is located by the parking area and is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm throughout the year. Visitors can buy products from the dairy and bakery, alongside other food items in the farm's range.
Products can also be ordered through the farm's online shop for collection. The farm also advertises home deliveries on Thursdays.

Rosenli farm also offers a café and an animal area with activities on selected days.
