The menu at Pileredet changes several times a year to make the most of each season's ingredients. Guests can choose the restaurant's signature menu or select dishes from the à la carte menu. On Saturdays, only the signature menu is served. Wine is an important part of the experience. A specially selected wine pairing is available to accompany the different courses.

Pileredet is open throughout the year, with dinner seatings Monday to Saturday between 6 pm and 7:45 pm. Opening days may vary during summer.
