Feumer – Restaurant & vinbar
Modern European bistro on Tønsberg waterfront with a Josper grill, seasonal dishes and a wine bar with drop-in seating.
Feumer is located in Conradis gate on Tønsberg waterfront and combines a restaurant with a wine bar. The kitchen is rooted in European bistro traditions and follows the seasons, with dishes from the sea, the garden and the grill. The Josper grill is used for seafood, meat and vegetables.
The menu includes smaller dishes, main courses and dishes made for sharing. The current selection includes oysters, pan-fried scallops, vegetable dishes, fish and grilled meat. The restaurant opens at 16:00 Monday to Friday and at 12:00 on Saturdays. The kitchen closes at 22:00. Feumer stays open late on Fridays and Saturdays, while Sundays are closed.
Wine bar with drop-in seating
The wine bar can be visited without a restaurant reservation and offers drop-in seating only. The selection includes wines from both classic wine regions and newer producers.
Private events and tastings
Feumer hosts tastings and other events throughout the year. The restaurant also has a separate private dining room for smaller groups and welcomes enquiries about group bookings and private events.
