Bryggeriet 1899

Bryggeriet 1899 is located in the former Grans brewery building on Hegnasletta in Sandefjord. The historic industrial spaces now host weddings, anniversaries, company parties, meetings, conferences and concerts. Brick walls, tall windows and exposed steel structures are reminders of the building's brewing history.

From large celebrations to smaller meetings
Gjærhuset is the largest venue, accommodating up to 180 guests seated at tables or 250 standing. It can be arranged for private celebrations, concerts and company events. Direksjonen accommodates 22–24 people for meetings or up to 40 for private events. Brygghuset has space for 45 seated or 60 standing guests, while the Lounge accommodates 15 people and houses the venue's microbrewery.

Food, drinks and beer tastings
Bryggeriet works with local catering suppliers and has an on-site kitchen used for events. Food and service arrangements are agreed according to the occasion. Groups can also arrange beer tastings combining stories from Grans' brewing history with beers from the on-site microbrewery. Drinks include beers from Grans, wines and other options.

A venue for different occasions
The spaces can be adapted for everything from a company dinner to a wedding celebration or a concert. Sound and lighting equipment is available, and the team can help plan the arrangements for your event.

Opening hours and bookings
Bryggeriet 1899 welcomes private events, meetings and groups by arrangement. Concerts, beer tastings and other public events have their own dates and opening times.
