Brygga 11, Geir Skeie

Brygga 11 is located by the waterfront in Sandefjord, with fish and shellfish at the heart of the menu. Brødrene Berggren is based next door and supplies the restaurant with fresh, local seafood throughout the year. The menu follows the seasons and the availability of ingredients.

The menu includes oysters, Skagerrak prawns, fish soup, mussels, fish and chips, lobster roll and the catch of the day. You can also choose the evening set menu, where the kitchen serves three or four courses based on seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood. Katrine Borg Skeie and Geir Skeie
Brygga 11 is run by Katrine Borg Skeie and Geir Skeie. Katrine is the owner, general manager and chef, while Geir is co-owner. Geir Skeie won Bocuse d’Or Europe in 2008 and Bocuse d’Or in Lyon in 2009.

For children, groups and private events
Brygga 11 has a separate children’s menu, and dishes from the regular menu can also be ordered in smaller portions. For larger groups, the restaurant offers dedicated group menus and dining arrangements that can be adapted to the group.
