Aufguss is a traditional sauna ritual led by a sauna master, designed to enhance the sauna experience. Using ice, steam, essential oils and special towel-waving techniques, the ritual combines heat and aromatic scents to stimulate the body and senses.
The aufguss ritual is included free of charge with the regular admission fee to the floating sauna, which is NOK 195 per person.
Please arrive at the pier and check in with the sauna master before the session.
What to bring: Swimwear, a towel, a water bottle and optionally a sauna hat.
Choose between two sessions:
– Session 1: 11:00–12:30
– Session 2: 13:00–14:30
The floating sauna is located in the guest marina at Havna Hotel & Sjøbad.
